Designed with a modern flair, the craftsman drawer panels and cabinet doors are complemented with quartz counter tops and accented with porcelain tile backsplashes.
For interior comfort, each home is heated with a gas hot water on demand combi unit, providing unparalleled highly efficient heating and unlimited hot water. Each furnace will be roughed in for air conditioning (sold separately). The kitchen appliances will be a matched stainless steel set and the laundry units will be a clean, bright white finish.
